Maleny Pilates studio, in the heart of the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, has been offering professional Pilates classes since 2015. The studio offers experienced and creative instruction in a friendly and supportive environment.

MEMBERSHIPS AND CLASS PACKS

CASUAL CLASS
$25

All classes are 1 hour long. Please bring a mat, if you have one, and wear comfortable clothing.

WEEKLY Membership
$65/WK

Come along to as many classes as you want per week. To be paid at the start of each week at your first class.

$45 FOR 3 CLASSES

Become a member of our Pilates family and enjoy your first 3 classes for only $45. Valid for 1 month after purchase.

What We Offer

  • Mat Pilates at Maleny Pilates for men and women.

    Mat Pilates

    Suitable for all abilities and ages, a mat class will increase flexibility, agility, mindfulness, whole body strength and coordination. These classes greatly focus on breathing techniques, muscle control, flexibility and core connection.

  • Power pilates classes at Maleny Pilates will challenge your strength and coordination.

    Power Pilates

    Take your mat class to the next level with this challenging, fun and strength focused session. Power Pilates will leave you feeling energised and strong. This class is suitable for all, with the exception of anyone recovering from injury.

  • Maleny Pilates Workshops and Events are held throughout the year on pilates related topics such as pelvic floor health and pilates essentials.

    We offer a variety of Pilates related workshops throughout the year, such as Dynamic Pelvic Floor, Pilates Essentials, Healthy Bones and Fitball Fun. Click below to learn more and find out when the next workshop is happening.

  • Maleny Pilates supports those undertaking their teacher training.

    Trainee Teacher Support

    We’re here to support all new teachers and those studying their certification or diploma. Get in touch if you would like to do practice teaching or observation hours at the studio.

  • Maleny Pilates offers group private sessions. Why not get your colleagues, friends or family together and get fit together.

    Group Private Sessions

    Private classes are great for small groups of friends, families, office colleagues and those just wanting a more personalised approach. We can tailor the class to suit the needs of your group. Get in touch and let us help to meet your group’s goals.
